These ramekins have soap poured directly into them, making them perfect for use with your shaving brush. Soaking your shave brush for a few minutes before you start lathering helps to ensure your brush has as much water as possible on the bristles helping to make a better lather. Work your brush in a circular motion round and round and whipping it back and forth across the whole surface of the soap will cause the bristles and soap to make a rich and silky lather. Apply the lather to your face or the area you wish to shave. You can continue this process a few times if shaving large areas. Whidbey island clay is added to this batter for a slick and silky feeling later.  100% coconut oil makes for a nice and hard bar of soap.
